When should I arrive in Philadelphia?

It depends on what you are attending for the actual conference program add-ons, but make sure to leave time for fun as well. We encourage you to read through the conference schedule and offerings before you make travel plans. There are programs both before and after the heart of the URMIA annual conference.

Attending the board meeting as a member of the leadership team?

Please arrive in time to attend the meeting Saturday, Oct. 10, starting with breakfast.

Registered for a pre-conference program, golf outing, or URMIAcares?

Please confirm your program start time on Sunday, Oct. 11, and make sure to arrive by then.  

If not, please do not miss the opening event Sunday, Oct. 11 at 7pm.

Please arrive in time to attend the event on Sunday, Oct. 10 starting at 6pm in the hotel.

What should I know about the conference hotel and its amenities?

Hotels in the Marriott brand will be our annual conference home for a few years. Consider joining the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program if you have not already and get the most benefits possible. More information about the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown and the Bonvoy program can be found on the hotel page. Some favorite features of the program are contactless check-in, free in-room WiFi, and reminders about your upcoming stay.
