Can I donate a raffle item and ship it to the winner after the conference?

Yes! Whether you want to make sure you get the winner's correct size or the item is just inconvenient to take to Philadelphia, you can notify URMIA that you are donating an item and we'll make a sign for it (in lieu of having the actual item) and provide you with the winner's name and contact information and the two of you can make final arrangements for the prize delivery.

I'm attending my first annual conference. Is it appropriate for me to volunteer to help? 

Not only is it appropriate, it is a great way to do some networking and meet some fellow attendees! The registration check-in area typically needs help before the sessions start and each session needs a moderator, so there is plenty of opportunities. Check out the options we currently have available and if you don't see something that interests you, visit the page later as additional opportunities will be added as we get closer to the event.
