In-Person Attendees
All in-person registrants will be required to answer the following questions. If you are assisting someone with their registration, you will need to know the answers to these questions to complete their registration.
- First name/nickname
- Job title
- Is this your first time attending an in-person URMIA annual conference?
- Would you like to connect with a conference ambassador?
- Mobile/cell phone number
- Emergency contact's name
- Emergency contact's phone number
- List any accessibility needs the registrant has
- List any dietary restrictions of the registrant
Virtual Attendees
All virtual attendees will be required to answer these questions. If you are assisting someone with their registration, you will need to know the answers to these questions to complete their registration.
- First name/nickname
- Job title
- Shipping address (not a PO box)
- Is this your first time attending a virtual URMIA annual conference?
- Would you like to connect with a conference ambassador?
- Mobile/cell phone number
- Emergency contact's name
- Emergency contact's phone number
- List any accessibility needs of the registrant
